Figuring Life Out

Those of you who read my last journal entry know that this has been a very difficult year for me. Coming out of the closet, leaving religion behind, having my life turned upside down. The past couple years I haven't done much with my creative hobbies, because I was so busy with school. I'm still trying to get life settled. After BYU expelled me, I got stuck living with my ex-boyfriend, and I sacrificed a lot to get out of Utah and back to Seattle in August. In September though my housing plans in Seattle fell through, so I've been stuck living with my Mormon parents, which hasn't been much fun, but they've been mostly civil, so it's tolerable. I did get a job though, and even though it's minimum wage, it's doable for the moment. I've also been dating a boy since the end of August. He's nice, but I'm not sure he's the right guy. We'll see.

So in short, my housing and relationship are temporarily stable, and I have a stable job situation. I've spent way too much time playing video games, because all the stresses of resetting my life make me want to do something brainless. At any rate, I'm still figuring things out. I do want to get back into deviantART and my creative hobbies though, so hopefully you'll be seeing more of me again.
