Dual Monitor (3840x1080) Ozus Prime Wallpaper

Okay, go easy on me, I haven't done any spacescapes since 2008, so some of my techniques are rusty, and I had to relearn a lot, but overall - as an initial reboot into the Photoshop world of space paintings AND as the largest canvas I've ever worked on for one of these - I'm pretty happy with how this turned out. Take it as an omen of good things to come. This piece represents ~25 hours of work.

Ozus Prime is a terrestrial supergiant that orbits its sun extremely fast in a low orbit. Its orbit is decaying though, which means it will eventually collide with its sun. Around Ozus Prime orbits a whole other planet, also terrestrial, making the pair very valuable for mineral mining, but difficult due to the exceptionally high gravity that prevents most any species from walking on its surface without being crushed.

EDIT: Apr. 11, 2013 - I got some good feedback from some people and fixed a few flaws I found. The two most noticeable changes are that I recreated the shining stars to more accurately reflect those seen in NASA photos and I added more nebula in the foreground to make it look like Ozus is actually in the outskirts of the nebula instead of it looking like all of it is way off in the distance.
